LAUREN J. GILLIAM

A veteran in Atlanta real estate, Lauren has a multitude of experience in various aspects of real estate law on both the local and national title level.  Her career has spanned from roles as a title paralegal for one of Atlanta's most established Real Estate law firms, to Associate Attorney in various closing departments, to the Attorney and Senior Title Manager for a joint venture between a reputable national "ibuyer" and established national title & escrow company based locally in Atlanta. 

Throughout these roles, as she deepened her knowledge base and cultivated a love for real estate, Lauren realized these experiences formed the intersection of the vision for a practice dedicated exclusively to real estate matters, while providing an intimate, efficient, boutique-style experience for all clients from start to finish.  These tenants consistently guide our mission at Gilliam Law.

Outside of carefully molding her firm into fruition, Lauren enjoys sports of all kinds (especially Football and Soccer) yoga, cooking and staying on her toes behind her three children.  She also loves spending time with her husband Malcolm, her children, all things Atlanta and being on the beach at every opportunity.
